利用規約

この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Discord BOT「Astralbot」（以下「本BOT」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本BOTを利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
1. 本BOTについて
本BOTは、ゲーム「アストラルパーティー」のキャラクター・マップのランダム抽選と、メンバー募集を行う無料の Discord BOT です。ゲームの開発元・運営元とは関係のない、非公式のファンメイドBOTです。
2. 利用条件
本BOTを利用するには、Discord の利用規約とコミュニティガイドラインを守る必要があります。
3. 禁止事項
本BOTの利用にあたり、次の行為を禁止します。
- 法令や公序良俗に反する行為
- 本BOTを使ったスパム、嫌がらせ、そのほか他の利用者に迷惑をかける行為
- 短時間に大量のコマンドを実行するなど、本BOTに過度な負荷をかける行為
- 本BOTの不具合を悪用する行為、不正にアクセスしようとする行為
- 他人になりすます行為
- そのほか、運営者が不適切と判断する行為
4. 利用の制限
運営者は、本規約に違反した利用者やサーバーに対して、予告なく本BOTの利用を制限することがあります。
5. 本BOTの変更・停止
運営者は、予告なく本BOTの機能を変更したり、提供を一時的または永久に停止したりすることがあります。
6. 免責事項
- 本BOTは「現状のまま」提供され、正常に動き続けること、不具合がないこと、特定の目的に合うことを保証しません。
- 本BOTの利用、または利用できなかったことによって生じた損害について、運営者は責任を負いません。
- 抽選の結果は、偏りがないよう作っていますが、結果の内容について運営者は責任を負いません。
7. 権利について
「アストラルパーティー」と、そのキャラクター・マップ・画像の権利は、それぞれの権利者に帰属します。キャラクターやマップの画像は Astral Party Wiki のものを使っています。権利者から求めがあった場合は、すみやかに対応します。
8. 個人情報
本BOTでの情報の取り扱いは、プライバシーポリシーに定めます。
9. 規約の変更
運営者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後に本BOTを利用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
10. 準拠法
本規約は日本法に従って解釈されます。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the conditions for using the Discord bot "Astralbot" ("the Bot"). By using the Bot, you agree to these Terms.
1. About the Bot
The Bot is a free Discord bot that randomly draws characters and maps for the game "Astral Party" and helps recruit players. It is an unofficial fan-made bot and is not affiliated with the game's developers or publishers.
2. Eligibility
To use the Bot, you must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
3. Prohibited Conduct
When using the Bot, you must not:
- Break any law or act against public order and morals
- Use the Bot for spam, harassment, or anything else that disturbs other users
- Put excessive load on the Bot, such as running many commands in a short time
- Exploit bugs in the Bot or attempt unauthorized access
- Impersonate others
- Do anything else the operator considers inappropriate
4. Restrictions
The operator may restrict users or servers that violate these Terms from using the Bot without notice.
5. Changes to or Suspension of the Bot
The operator may change the Bot's features or suspend the Bot temporarily or permanently without notice.
6. Disclaimer
- The Bot is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will keep working, be free of bugs, or fit any particular purpose.
- The operator is not responsible for any damage caused by using, or being unable to use, the Bot.
- Draws are designed to be unbiased, but the operator is not responsible for their results.
7. Intellectual Property
"Astral Party" and its characters, maps, and images belong to their respective rights holders. Character and map images are from the Astral Party Wiki. We will respond promptly to any request from the rights holders.
8. Privacy
How the Bot handles information is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to These Terms
The operator may update these Terms as needed. If you use the Bot after a change, you agree to the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
